An uncommon early work by this American religious and spiritual healer. DeVoe began his ministry after being a participant in the Parliament of Religions at the Chicago Worlds Fair of 1893, where he became one of the proponents of the New Thought movement, and, at the turn of the last century, he founded the Elohist Ministry. This work focuses on the fourfold nature of man - physical, mental, spiritual and divine - with sections on The Health Culture, the Mind Culture and the Soul Culture. 213 pp plus 4 pp of publisher's ads.
