A short work providing a brief history of the club and its members, as well as providing a chronologically arranged descriptive list of events. This includes menus, actions of members, etc. With a card laid in stating 'With A.E. Gallatin's Compliments,' Gallatin being one of the founders and president of the club. This is presumably Albert Eugene Gallatin, descendent of the founder of New York University and a noted art collector, a painter and enthusiast of modern and avant-garde art, as well as a member of the Societe Anonyme.
