Description:
London: Macmillan & Co. Ltd,. Very Good in Good+ dust jacket. 1942. Reprint. Hardcover. This book was published originally in JUNE 1942 - this copy was published in AUGUST 1942. So probably a second impression but it just states 'reprinted August 1942'. Fine red cloth covers with very bright gilt titling to the spine.
