This book is inscribed and signed by the noted pilot, who according to the blurb on the front flap, continued flying operational missions after the use of the loss of lost both legs. The front panel of the book has been archivally repaired from the obverse and shows okay. The remaining pages are in decent condition. Obviously a scarce, early document of The Territory of New Mexico. This was published 41 years prior to New Mexico becoming a state. Desirable even with the missing leaves. . First Edition.
