When this book was published I had been a building and zoning inspector for both the city of Boulder and the county of Boulder Colorado. And I saw many wind trashed mobile homes. Our solution was tie downs top and bottom, an anchoring system. Which worked in most cases. Today mobile homes are better built, but as recent hurricanes and wind storms have shown ,mobile homes still get damaged.
