Description:
Murdoch-Kerr Press, n. 1904. Hardcover. Good. Murdoch-Kerr Press, 1904. Good. plates missing, 13.5 x 10.5This is an extremely rare book and an extremely important one ..It is important because Osterling did some very important work for the moguls of Western Pennsylvania and well as many government agencies. It si rare because so few copies are extant...I have never seen this work for sale and the only other copy that I know of owned by a library. Unfortunately the portfolio of 38 images is missing 8 plates. The extant portion of the book is in good to very good condition, including the advertisement in the back of the book. The would be a wonderful gift for the collector especially the collector with architectural interest. It would make a wonderful display in the vestibule of a business. and would also be a generous donation to you favorite architectural educational institution.
