Frontis a color photo taken by Josephine Bynum of her husband in high country; last poem is unfinished, he was polishing it when he died.

Minneapolis: the chapter (newly created), 1973. Newsletter. Uniformly alkaline paperstock, 11x8.5 inch paste-fastened self-wraps, earliest nos. have old foldlines for mailing, now flattened, v.3n3 has a bulletin stapled to it, very good copies with mailing labels.

Sacramento: State of California Department of Fish and Game, 1999. Paperback. 95p., color site and animal photography throughout, with line maps (spot-color enhanced) and pleasant vignette sketches. Softbound in glossy 9x6 inch colorphoto wraps, absolutely clean, sound, and unmarked, a very good copy.

Hardcover. 92p., hardbound in 8x5.5 inch grey cloth boards decorated and titled brown, poor copy: ugly dampstain to lower cover affecting adjacent leaves, scattered foxing throughout, exterior soil and edgewear. Bears a nice presentation inscription in Spanish, "A mi querido amigo Billy Baxter. Con todo el corazon del author, D. S. Richardson Dec. 1908." Western verse as in here I am in California, not cowboy stuff.
