Four (4) fastenings in bright shape. A small lot comprised of v.LXXVI n.2 [plus] v.LXXVII nos.3 and 4 [plus] v.LXXVIII n.3 [last item mis-numbered on cover].

Archer City, TX: Booked Up, 1993. Pamphlet. 20pp., wraps. 9 x 6 in. Slightly soiled covers. Undated desiderata list issued by McMurtry's bookstore for travelogues by women, 1798-1986 (none by "Anonymous" though a couple by "Lady, A"). The Archer City address suggests publication date in the late 1980s or early 1990s. Concludes with two sections: "And a few men" and "Male Travellers.".

Paperback. 176p., 8.5x13 inches, tables. photos, ads, reports, light wear and toning otherwise very good in original printed gray wraps with chipping to head of spine. "The purpose of the publishers in offering this edition is to provide an authentic and reliable work of reference on the commercial and financial conditions existing in the Pacific Coast territory of the US at the time of the opening of the Panama Canal" Chapters on the opening of the two California Expositions and much statistical/financial information. At the top of the front cover is stated "Two Sections - Section Two" but this bibliographer can find no mention elsewhere of the "first section" This seems complete in and of itself.

[Wilkes-Barre, PA?]: Gerry Montana, 1940. Pamphlet. 14 pages, wrappers illustrated with a portrait of Gerry Montana, smudge on the front cover but otherwise Good. A collection of country song lyrics and verses assembled or composed by Gerry Montana. Montana was a female country music vocalist and led the group Rocky Mountain Ramblers alongside Yodeling Rosalie. The group was in residence at WBRE in Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1940.

San Juan Capistrano: Downtown Merchants, no date. 12 panel brochure folded to 3.5x8.5 inches, history of San Juan Capistrano with a fold-out elevated map of the shopping district by Eding which displays various shops, restaurants and hotels, on rear panel a simple map of directions between Los Angeles and Tijuana with Dana Point and San Juan located halfway between the two, very good on semi-glossy stock with illustration of the Mission courtyard on the cover.

Vancouver: Talonbooks, 2017. Paperback. 82p. paperback, 5.5x8.5 inches. Front cover lightly stained, corners bumped, else very good. Signed by Abel on title page. Second printing. Inlaid with bookmark from Eden Mills Writers' Festival. Abel is a Nisga'a writer from Vancouver whose work addresses themes of settler colonialism and depictions of indigenous peoples. His book Injun was constructed using 91 public domain western novels as a source text and then re-arranging pieces from them into original poetry.
