Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Text body is clean and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Limited to 925 copies on Van Gelder paper, this is a direct reprint of the 1887 edition. The original etched title page, (with a curious error in its date) and three woodcut designs, by Jacomb Hood, are also reproduced in the old world edition. Vellum spine with paper label, pale green paper over boards, covers extend beyond fore-edges to enclose the pages completely; deckle edges. Spine soiled a little, covers lightly soiled where handled.
