As with the 1986 version, this collection contains 10 previously unpublished preliminary works made by Barks before starting work on full-fledged oil paintings. These images vary in size, from roughly 7 by 9 inches to 12 by 15 inches. These paintings were done between 1983 and 1988 and feature Uncle Scrooge and other Donald Duck relatives. Each lithograph print is numbered and initialed by Barks. There is a matching certificate of authenticity with the same number and a full Carl Barks signature.
