Original black cloth with silver lettering to spine. A very good copy with some spotting to edges, a little marking to boards and a small nick to fore-edge of page 143.

The original dust jacket is price-clipped and has a little rubbing and a couple of small nicks to edges. A very good example.

Original green cloth with lettering to spine in gilt. Slight toning to edges and dustiness to top edge, else near fine or better, in a near fine and unclipped dust jacket with very minor traces of isolated wear to edges. Rare inscribed.

First edition, first impression (Oxford University Press, 1980). From the personal library of the author Graham Greene with his ownership signature to front endpaper. Top of spine slightly concave with some rubbing to extremities; small knock to bottom corner of lower board. The original and unclipped dust jacket has some light wear to spine ends and a crease to bottom corner of front flap; one very small nick and a closed tear to spine head. A very good copy or better.

First edition, first impression, published by William Heinemann in 1950; the year after the release of the film of the same name also written by Graham Greene.
Original black cloth with silver lettering to spine. A few very faint marks to boards with some toning to edges and browning to half-title and rear blank. Nice and clean otherwise and free from names and inscriptions.
The original and unclipped dust jacket has a few tears to edges, some chipping and toning to spine panel, otherwise very good.
