Illustrated through the text with black & white photos and maps. Sturdy red cloth covered boards, with the author name and title imprinted on the spine in gold. No edge wear to the boards, corners are not bumped or creased. Jacket is intact with no tears, showing just some minor bumps from shelf wear. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. Edges of the text block shows just a few light age tanning spots to the top edge. This is not a remainder, not a library discard. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.

This is not a remainder, not a library discard. Please note that there is extensive underlining in colored highlighter and hand written notes in pencil on the first 50 pages. No writing beyond the first 50 pages though. No creases to the cover or spine, very small diagonal crease to the top left corner of the back cover. Light edge wear from use. This is not a remainder, not a library discard. There are some light creases to the spine, and the book will open easily to one of the creases, at page 62, the binding is tight and square though.
