According to the Alaskan State Library catalogue, this is a dictionary of the language "Kuchin Athapaskan." The language is also known as the "Gwich'in language", and has gone under other names as well, including of course "Kutchin" (the name used on the title page of this book), a variant of the spelling "Kuchin."
