Karina11 isn't a bookstore, just a family full of avid readers trying to trim down the piles of books. I'm new at this and I try my best to accurately describe the condition of the book. The whole family loves books and we want every customer to be as happy with a book as we were. If your not satisfied with your purchase, or simply find out that it was not the book you were looking for, please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible with directions on how to return the book. Please keep in mind that these are used books, read by the family...unless it was really horrible. I try to describe the book details and flaws as best as possible but if you have any questions just contact me. Selling these books is only fun for me. I work a real full time job so it may take a day or two for me to reply depending on your request. Delivery confirmation and insurance are available upon request on all US packages.
