No publisher information., 1980 First edition in hardcover without dust jacket as issued. The second printing did have a jacket. Signed by Katyi on the front endpaper. Laid in is a (I believe photocopied) sheet in the author's handwriting attesting to the fact that the book is the complete truth as he remembers the Amazon valley, with a pen drawing of a native's head. Hint of a spine twist, some faint spotting to top edge, some rippling in the latter part of the text. Very Good.

Lovely color front cover, duotone photographs in text. Spine has a small split to top, light scraping, there is a crease to the top corner of the front cover that is visible lightly throught text, faint vertical crease from folding. Very Good.
