The missing pages are photocopied and available to the buyer, minus the half-title page (no access to this page). Generally bright leaves, erased pencil mark on page one, minimal foxing, last 4 leaves have damp staining to lower corners. Advertisement page darkened. Bound in plain paper. Impressive title page in red and black ink and has tiny red ink mark to margin (from the printer); and equally impressive copper engraved frontispiece (not lithographed, "The Red Bull Playhouse"), with original tissue guard.
