Newspaper format, pages are uncut and unopened, measures 58 x 40 inches, published weekly, Vol II No. VII. Subtitle of publication reads: "Public Works, Engineering, Steam Machinery, Finance and Patents" and includes numerous articles on those subjects, and several engraved illustrations of industrial equipment, plus advertising. An uncommon and diversified publication of early railroading.
