This hardcover book is in great physical condition, with very slight signs of handing and use wear. Inside, the pages are free of significant damage. Aside from a GIFT DEDICATION penned on the inside front cover page, there are no marks, writing or stains anywhere inside. The paper dust jacket, however, does have a minor amount of edge and corner wear as one might come to expect.

This fantastic book is an absolute treasure. That is if you are interested in West African History and culture. The book, printed by the British Government is similar to books printed by the US Government for the CIA, Peace Corps, etc. There is very light cover wear from handling and storage. The 1961 Map of Sierra Leone is still attached in the rear of the book, as published. Map is in EXCELLENT Shape. Inside the book, the pages are found to be free of marks, writing or stains.
This book is in FINE CONDITION with very slight signs of shelf wear. The inside is free from stains or writing, but has heavy use of a highlighter pen, on a small number of pages.
This map comes in a cardboard folder. There are a few stains on the maps reverse, and a few worn spots were the map usually is folded. It is a one-sided Japanese Language (Only) map, measuring approximately 2½' X 3½'
