The Golden Anniversary of Nativity Catholic Church in Torrance, CA (U.S.A.) in 1972 was marked with, among other things, a beautiful 72 page Golden colored 50th Anniversary booklet, featuring historical photos of the then current parish members, staff, Clergy, buildings, etc. Very little wear to edges, corners and spine. The heaviest wear is at the creased point of covering, where some of the Golden coloring has worn off. The inside and content pages are clean and appear to be free of any notes, writing or marks. A tiny stain may be found from time-to-time, but same tend to be small and non-obtrusive, not interfering with readability of the book
