White based glossy card, lettered in black with an illustration by Augustus John on the front cover. This copy was presented to Arthur Giardelli and his wife with "To Bim and Arthur, with love Ceridwen" written in ink to the top of the title page by the Author. The book came from the Library of the late Arthur Giardelli, the well-known Artist, and who has made 4 lines of ink notes on the reverse of the cover and side-lined the passage on p 12 that the notes refer to, but no other marks elsewhere in the book that I can see. 49 pp. Illustrated in black and white. A Very clean tight and bright, nearly new, copy. See Images. ; Small 4to; Signed by Author .

In the original publisher's pictorial dustjacket = White based colour pictorial dustjacket, with dark green lettering, with a green " 2/6 net " and a colour illustration of Augustus John's 'lady cello player Suggia' on the front cover. Not clipped, but a little dusty/grubby (as usual with a white based d/j) and with a couple of closed (neatly repaired to the reverse) tears from age/storage. Possible First Edition. Slim 8vo.
