Very Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. 1.8 kg; XII, 364 pages, includes appendices, text is illustrated with black-and-white photographs, and tables, and charts. The binding format is a hard board for the back, blocked out with a box for the maps, and then above that the text block, bound with dark green tape to the left-hand side, and a photographic front panel which is somewhat creased. There is also a small grubby mark to the bottom of the box section. Previous owner's signature at top right-hand corner of the first page.
