Publisher's stapled wraps with color state map on upper wrap, octavo, pp. 36. Black and white illustrations. Slightly rumpled in appearance, as though consulted long ago on, or in preparation for, a trip through the Ocean State. Still GOOD and sound and ensconced now in a clear protective display sleeve with white cardstock backing board.

Publisher's brown paper over boards with printed paper label and vellum spine, octavo, pp. 41, [3] plates. Previous owner name in fountain pen & clod of a previous dealer wrote code in ink on free front endpaper (see Photo 3). Endpapers foxed. Some foxing in text. This volume a little weary, with rubs at tips and spine ends. Light chipping to top edge of rear panel. Some soiling to the vellum. Withal, a GOOD and sound example of an uncommon title, both in trade and in institutional holdings. Indeed, a January 2019 OCLC search locates holdings at Brown and Kent State only. Collins, born 1889 in Alpine, New Jersey, was a junior at Brown University at the time of his death on St. Patrick's Day, 1909, and would have gone on to be the youngest member of the University's class of 1910.

Publisher's glossy card-stock wrappers, octavo, pp. 80. Richly illustrated. Included are Hunter House; Kingscote; Chateau-sur-Mer; Green Animals; Marble House; The Breakers; The Elms; and Rosecliff. Useful map on rear panel.

Publisher's wraps, octavo, pp. 96. Illustrations. A FAIR-only copy with toning and moderate shelf wear to the low-quality blue paper wrappers. Spine has short tear near lower edge (see Photo 2), and a bit of erosion at each end (Photos 2 and 3). Internally clean and unmarked. Wrapper has peeled away from the text block staples inside the rear panel (Photo 7). Fortunately, the rear panel folding map (Photos 5 and 6) is in Very Good condition with no tears or markings. The whole safely stowed now in a new Ultra-Pro sleeve.

First edition, octavo, pp. xii, 329. Top edge gilt. Thirty-two illustrations by Louis H. RUYL. Just light shelf wear. About Very Good in the publisher's blue cloth with faded gilt spine lettering and upper board gilt architectural design and lettering within double-ruled gilt border.

Publisher's burnt orange stapled wrappers, creased, octavo, pp. 18. Laid in is a Rate Sheet, Series XLIII. No. 933, dated Boston, September 16, 1925, with a correction to page 9 of the parent pamphlet involving Maine and the other New England states. Additionally laid in is Series XLVI No. 658, a brief stapled pamphlet dated Boston, June 1, 1928, with further corrections. The whole with just light wear, as with age and careful handling, but GOOD and sound and ensconced now in a clear protective display sleeve with white card-stock backing board.
