Signed and inscribed by the author (the artist's son) on the half-title page to local acquaintances, "With kindes Personal Regards to Donna and Orville Vander Griend from Florence and Eugene Fairbanks October 2006." Quarto-size green hardcover, no jacket as issued, no indication of printing, one date. A good+ copy with bumping to both spine tips being it's major flaw. Light shelf-wear to the board edges and a bright, attractive cover illustration. The interior is clean an unmarked other thant he author's inscription. Solid binding, lacking in tightness, most likely due to the signing. 168 pp., black and white photos throughout with a handful of full color photos. A beautiful collection of examinations of Fairbanks' monuments and statues.

Los Angeles: Michael Hamson Oceanic Art, 2007. Paperback. Good. Oversize paperback catalog. A good copy with some scuffing and light soil to the covers, and minor bumps to the corners. Interior is clean and unmarked. Binding is solid though lacking in tightness especially at the last gatherings. 112 pp., glossy magazine style pages with full color representation of 49 pieces of art from New Guinea.

North Carolina: Funcom, 2008. Paperback. Good +. Oversized paperback originally included with the video game limited edition. A good + copy with all wear being external - moderate wear to the edges, minor corner bends and some light soiling to the covers. Inside, this is a very good copy with pages clean and unmarked, binding solid, bright and attractive artwork. 127 pp., a great addition to Conan collections, available originally only with the Massively Multiplayer video game.

Texas: The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, 1963. Limited ed. Paperback. Good. Paper, staple-bound exhibition catalog, limited to 2500 copies. Errata laid in at front. A good copy, with general wear to the cover edges, and scuffing to the white rear cover. Bending at the corners. Ghost of a previous bookstore price ot the top of the front free-endpaper appears to be the only marking in the catalog. Interioir is clean and the staples a firm and tight. Unpaginated, roughly 30 pages, with black and white representations of 16 of the artist's works.

London: Saatchi Gallery, 2000. First edition. Paperback. Very Good. Paperback art gallery catalogue featuring the works of Jake and Dinos Chapman, Damien Hirst, Gary Hume, Sarah Lucas, Ron Mueck, Christ Ofili, Richard Patterson, Jenny Saville, Gavin Turk and Rachel Whiteread. A good copy with wear at the corners and a crease to the bottom corner of the rear cover. Bright, clean and unmarked, filled with beautiful photos of the artwork. Unpaginated, close to 60 pages.

New Jersey: Noyes Press, 1973. First American edition. Hardcover. Good/poor. Good hardcover, 1st US edition in a poor dustjacket. The book is good with small tears to the paper the spine tips and bumps to the upper corners. Previous owner's name and sticker to the top of the front free-endpaper appears to be the only writing in the book. 4 small glue dots to the title page where a newspaper article appears to have been removed. Binding is solid but the gatherings are not tight and the book lays open easily. The jacket is truly poor with large tears, chips, crinkling and soil. Buy this copy for the book and hide that jacket away in a drawer somewhere. Unpaginated, but with 149 full page black and white plates.

Japan: Mitsumura Suiko Shoin Publishing Co., Ltd, 2001. Hardcover. Very Good/good. Oversize white hardcover in dustjacket. Text in Japanese. A good to very good copy with wear at the board edges and bending to the corners. Interior is clean and tight as if unread with all page bright and vivid. Three sheets laid in at front indicating the book as a gift to donors. Dustjacket is not as good, with crinkling along the top edges of the panels and some short tears spineward - still bright and attractive. 54 unnumbered pages filled with vibrant representations of Yuboku's amazing Buddhist sculptures.

Tokyo: Kawade-Shobo, 1960. Hardcover. Good. Brown hardcover, lacking jacket. Printer's stamp intact between the Japanese and English sections of the book. Outline History and plate listings in English and Japanese, the remainder of the text is in Japanese. A good-only copy with wear to the board edges, and some cloth strands fraying loose. Hinges and binding are solid but lacking tightness. Some minor pencil underlining in the introduction, otherwise a clean copy. Unpaginated, but with over 120 plates, mainly black and white. Hayashiya is a well respected Japanese ceramics historian.

Vietnam: Duc Minh Art Gallery, 1999. Hardcover. Good/good. Leatherette hardcover in dustjacket, no indication of printing. Text in English and Vietnamese. A good copy with minor edgewear, but 3 shallow cuts to the rear board. Binding is solid, but not tight, in the style of binding from small and local publishers. Text is clean and unmarked, some bunching of the paper on the pastedowns from imperfect glueing. Dustjacket with mild shelf-wear and some bumping at the corners. 89 pages, full color photos of the artist's paintings and nice "compliments of" inscription from the gallery on the title page.

Signed and inscribed by local coffee broker Jose Carlos Novaes of JC Corretagem de Cafe (credited as a collaborator to the book) inside the front cover. A good copy with moderate wear to the cover edges and some light crinkling to the front edge of the title page. 214 pp., with full color artwork by Vidigal throughout. Nova's story of art and coffee and how they intertwine in Brazilian culture.

A good copy, clean and unmarked with general wear at the corners and a bump to the base of the spine. Would be a very good copy but for a moderate downward warping. Unclipped jacket is clean and attractive with light ruffling at the panel edges and a bit of scuffing to the dark panels. 63 pp., all color images. Nagai's carvings are detailed and amazingly life-like. Text in Japanese and English.

Beijing: China National Arts & Crafts Imp. & Exp. Corp.. Hardcover. Good/fair. Chang Ming. Hardcover with cloth spine, in dustjacket. No indication of printing, although introductory text puts the date after 1976. A good only copy with wear to the paper-covered boards, and darkening to the spine cloth. Pages are clean and unmarked. The title page is partially loose, coming free from the binding at the bottom - all other pages seem to be fully and firmly bound in. The dustjacket is only fair with long tears and sections of paper-loss spineward, some staining and darkening to the cream panels, and general edge-wear and chipping. 122 pp., of full color gorgeous art work, followed by a listing of titles and artists. A very beautiful collection in spite of its condition flaws. Oversize - will require additional shipping for international or expedited orders.

New Orleans: Constance, 2006. Limited ed. Paperback. Good. Oversize oblong paperback. A limited edition numbered on the rear cover #628 of 1000. Good condition with interior clean and unmarked. Wear to the cover edges and a bit of soiling to the white covers. Three postcards laid in at front. 92 numbered pages, color representation of artwork throughout. A great show case of New Orleans artists and their work.

Oregon: Sujo's Studios, 2007. First edition. Spiral_bound. Very Good. Signed and inscribed on the title page, "To Gael & Lew - with all my love - Sue", and then a unique hand-drawn illustration in green of a fountain pen writing "Sujo." Spiral bound softcover, stated first edition in very good condition. Clean and solid, with the spiral intact and like new. Pages are clean and well bound in. 78 pp., black and white illustrations throughout, including a fold out map at rear that identifies the locations of the historic homes illustrated in the book. Hard to find piece of local interest. The author/artist passed away in 2020.

La Riviere & Voorhoeve, Kampen, 1991. Third printing. Hardcover. Very Good/good. Anton Pieck. Brown hardcover, 3rd printing in jacket, text in Dutch. A very good copy with a minor uplift and light edgewear. The interior is clean and unmarked and the binding and hinges are solid. The dustjacket is good, but with sunning to the spine and front cover and a bit of soiling along the top of the front panel. 205 pp., color representations of Pieck's fantastic and beautiful artwork.

New Mexico: Museum of New Mexico, 1976. Paperback. Fair. Sandoval, William. Tan, accordion-style paperback in fair to good condition. Wear at the spine ridges and spots of soiling to the light colored covers. Pages are clean and unmarked and fold appropriately into their covers. Unpaginated, with 18 numbered photos captioned in Spanish and English. An interesting exhibition publication from the Museum of New Mexico.

Dorset: The Workshop Press, 1969. First edition. Paperback. Fair. 1969 oversize paperback with stapled binding. Fair condition only with binding cloth very frayed and faded. Heavy wear to the corners, both covers and pages. Staples are still firmly bound even though the cloth covering them is giving up. 92 full color pages of Gardiner's beautiful illustrations documenting the castles, manors and landscapes of Dorset and Purbeck. A rough copy, but with no diminishment to the beauty and vibrancy of the illustrations.

Oregon: Portland Art Museum, 2001. Hardcover. Good +. Signed without inscription by artists George Johanson on the title page. Red cloth hardcover, lacking jacket, no statement of edition. A good to very good copy - corners straight and minimal edgewear, but with crinkling to the cloth at the upper joints. Interior is clean and unmarked other than the author's signature. Binding and hinges are solid. 128 pp., filled with represenations of Johanson's beautiful oil on paper portraits.

Tennessee: The Dixon Gallery and Gardens, 1989. Paperback. Good. Quarto softcover with glossy covers - good condition but with bending at the upper corners and some scuffing to the light covers. Previous owner's name to the top of the front free-endpaper, otherwise a clean and unmarked copy. The binding lacks tightness and there is a weak spot about 2/3rds in where it opens more widely than it should. All pages intact and no spine creasing. 79 pp., full color representations of the Hartman's extensive collection of Chinese pottery.
