Description:
New York: William Morrow, 2001. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. Signed 1st edition in dustjacket. Sticker to the front cover indicating "Signed First Edition" and Dan Rather's signature in blue ink on a special limitation page of 1000 signed copies. A very good copy with a bit of bending at the spine tips and a bump to the top corner of the rear board being the only flaws. Interior is clean and unmarked, and tight as if unread. Dustjacket is also very good with just a bit of edgewear at the spine ends and top rear corner, matching the book. 266 p., a collection of stories of real Americans striving for their dreams.

Wisconsin: Order of the Eastern Star of Wisconsin, 1960. Paperback. Fair. Blue paperback in fair condition only - heavy wear at the base of the spine with paper split. Previous owner's name to the top of the front cover and the title page. Staining to the upper corner of the front cover and the center of the rear cover from moisture, bleeding through to the last couple pages of the book. Binding feels a bit wobbly but intact. Two tears to the upper corner of the first two pages. 324 pp., photos of all the members in their fancy attire and full of annual reports. An interesting timepiece in spite of its condition.
