A very good copy with crimping at the spine tips and shallow bump to the rear joint. Clean, tight, and straight - as if unread. The dustjacket is also very good, unclipped with matching wear at the head of the spine panel and an indention on the rear panel matching the bump on the rear joint of the book. A crisp and attractive jacket. 432 pp., indexed, with two black and white photo inserts. The epic biography of Bill Bowerman who let the Mighty Ducks Track and Field program for decades and had his part in designing the shoe that created Nike.

A good copy with some crimping at the spine extremeties. Previous owner's name to the rear pastedown. A clean copy, with sunning to the top edge of the textblock. Unclipped jacket is also good - would be very good but for a crinkle to the top of the front panel that makes it not lay quite flat - bright and attractive. 248 pp., a section of color photos toward the center. The inspiring tale of Achon's efforts in the Olympics, and afterward to fund a way out of war and poverty for Ugandan children. Nicely signed.

Interior is clean, tight and unmarked. The dustjacket is also quite good, but with sun-fading to the spine panel and matching bending at the corners andl tips. 463 pp., some color and b/w photos. The story of the Burgess brothers and their magnificent climbing stories - a mountaineering classic.

A good copy with general wear at the corners and spine ends, light soiling to the gray covers. Text is clean and unmarked and the binding is solid though lacking in tightness. Unclipped jacket with a $3.95 price point is in good conly condition. Much scuffing to the panels and a 2" tear at the top of the rear panel. White rear panel is browned and soiled, short chips at the head and heel of the spine panel. 116 pp., some black and white photos at center. An early biography of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, with one of his poems gracing the rear dustjacket panel.

The story of America's gold medalist in the 400 meter, nicely signed.

A great cubs collectible.

Pat Williams, of Orlando Magic fame, provides his insights into the life principles and character of legendary coach John Wooden.
