Fort Worth, TX: American Reference Publishing Co., 1972. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good-. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by both authors on front free end paper. Crisp and tight copy - blue boards have a little smudging on top edges - bright gilt print. Interior has a few pages with faint smudges - else clean interior. Dust jacket has rubbing on edges and spine. Front panel has red numbers on the photo portion with a small red question mark below with a few red dots. Price sticker residue on upper top corner and there are a few very small spots. Corners have some chipping, and top of spine has chipping with a little loss. Top edge of both front and rear panels has several small closed tear. Now in protective cover.

Half title page has previous owner's embossed seal - else clean and bright interior.

Editors Fleming and Huffman signed this copy on page opposite title page - with credit to Chaves County Historical Society. 1st Ed., 1st Ptg. Bottom edge of both title page and page opposite it have a crease obviously made in printing process. 465 pp. including index. Bright gold cloth boards have New Mexican ranch brands. Corners and top spine end have very light wear. Bottom of spine shows slight wear in the cloth. Corner of bottom page edge has light shelf soiling - clean interior. Dust jacket is bright gold, also has ranch brands. Light corner and edge wear. Some light soiling shows on front title area, and hinges and rear panel have some dark rubbing. Now in protective cover. Very nice signed copy.
