There are a few very faint splatter stains on the outer edge but the interior is clean. No writing or underlining. The cover is bumped at the top of the spine. No jacket (as issued). The book presents the author's experience with Spiritualism Mediums and what befell the Eddy Homestead in 1874. The printing is light on a few pages. Typeface is 10 pt.. Hardcover.
