The autobiographical adventures of the author, a travelling vegan chef, with such episodes as, "Shaving Cactus with a Steak Knife and an Absent Mind", "Uh Oh Mushroom Absinthe", "A Real Sexual Time on the Greyhound- the Worst Damn Bus Sex Story Ever", and "Shit Haven, Bank Robbers and the Angriest Milkshake Ever".

RARE. Approx. 60 p. (unnumbered). Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with stamps and stickers and a number in pen to front cover. Covers show significant wear, including creases, tears, and rubbing, as well as significant dampstains which bleed into some pages without impact on the readability of the text. The staples are rusting. Comprised entirely of handwritten text in an aesthetically pleasing and amazingly regular all-caps, this issue of the punk zine Cometbus features 23 chapters. Cometbus zines had extremely limited print runs.

From the intro: Cascadia Ascendant is a new zine series originating in PDX. Its goal is to provide relevant perspectives on issues facing the current "movement of movements." There is a worldwide resistance to domination in all its forms, one that resonates strongly with the Pacific Northwest's history of environmentalism and Labor organizing. It was for a reason that George HW Bush called Portland "Little Beirut".The zine advocates not for the romantic ideal of Cascadian nationalism, but for concrete changes and development of social architecture that would allow people to shake their dependency on the current system.

Very mild shelfwear with extremely light soiling to covers, and staples beginning to rust, but remains internally Fine. An artistic zine consisting largely of comics and reviews. Its stand-out features include a very professional-looking comic by Dr. Anderson, titled "One Day at the Mortuary", and an illustrated article about the COBRA group (artists from Copenhagen, Brussels, and Amsterdam).

RARE. Approx. 22 p. (unnumbered); ill. (colour covers). Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with stickers. Mostly handwritten and hand-drawn, this humorous zine deals with work life, fantasies, social commentary, and a page on "pot crotch" and "The Taxonomy of Poo". There are also various comics throughout and some reviews.

RARE. 14 p.; ill. Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with stamp and sticker, mild shelfwear, but otherwise Near Fine. Dual zine spit horizontally, containing personal journal entries and narratives.

RARE. xxxvi p.; ill. Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with stamp, stickers, and writing to covers, significant wear, including tears, nicks, etc. and dampstains throughout, which do not impact readability of text. A very down-to-earth zine, entirely handwritten and hand-drawn, which consists largely of stories recounting experiences hitchhiking and freighthopping (including a glossary of relevant terms). It also contains a short piece by a (western-raised) Iraqi woman struggling with her identity when faced with an offer of friendship by an Iraqi woman from Iraq.

Exhibits general wear as well as some light staining to covers/edges, with a price sticker to cover, and staples beginning to rust, but text remains clean and clear. Large illustrated zine with everything from adventurous stories, political views, comics, word search, humour, and reviews of records, 7-inch, and zines. See listing images for table of contents.

Approx. 60 pages, unnumbered; ill. (some colour). Ex-library with sticker to front cover and number in pen, dampstains and warping, and rusting staples, but text remains clear and bright. "Includes Queer Zine Explosion". This zine is decidedly geared toward GSRD people, mainly homosexual men, with a humorous bent to much of the content, which includes short stories, musings, guides, letters/personals, comic/illustrations, and reviews. Editor Larry-bob describes this issue thus: #13: Larry-bob solo issue. Road trip to Oregon; anti-looksism essay; guide to selling out; childhood friends; unsafe sex guide; anti-San Francisco rant; Fag City USA 1997; plus comix by Sina and Quetzal.

Ex-library with stamp (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg), mild shelf/edgewear, and staples have been removed, but text appears complete and is otherwise in Very Good+ to Near Fine condition. An Arkansas punk rock zine dealing with poverty, alternative lifestyles, conscious living, community, history, and social commentary. It is a liberally illustrated little booklet packed full of musings, information, humour, ideology, stories, poetry, and advice.

Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with only a stamp to the inside of the front cover, and minor bumping to bottom corner, otherwise Fine. From the publisher: This issue contains things that will make you laugh, smile, and cry - visiting friends in the hospital, the early morning, the story of the zine's title, picking up your friends shifts at work, Shelley's annual trips to India, and organizing drag shows. But the real gem of this issue is the story of teaching 9 to 15-year-olds how to fix bikes. It transcends the obvious and covers all kinds of education - homophobia, identity, feminism, and to question what we mean when we say 'community'.

RARE. 95 p. [3]; ill. Note: one leaf has a duplicate, so a few pages are doubled. Very minor soiling to exterior and minor shelfwear, internally Fine. This rare zine, though apparently usually dedicated to the punk music scene, has devoted a large portion of this issue to the discussion of serial killers and the cult following they inspire. Nevertheless, the issue also contains gig reviews, band interviews, scene reports, etc. One of the most unique things about this issue is that it includes artwork by the German artist Lars Henkel, who has gone on to have illustrations in publications such as National Geographic and Rolling Stone. The images printed in Interpol Times cannot be found online and are a series of surreal ink drawings that depict serial killers.

RARE. Approx 20 p. (unnumbered); ill. Mild shelfwear, otherwise Very Good+ with two small coloured paper insert advertisements. This madcap, humorous, punk zine contains a wide variety of content, including but not limited to: a punk rock timeline, an ode to Atari, a 'study' on the Smurfs, an interview with Sven & Gimpy, movie review, and a critique of NASA.

Mild shelfwear and small, faint stains to cover, otherwise Very Good+ This madcap, humorous, punk zine contains a wide variety of content, including but not limited to: what to do with a live muppet, a defense of hippies, pirate fantasies, an interview with Kid with a Man Head (band), praise for the conspiracy theory genre, and how to care of amputated tissue (for later surgical reattachment).

A punk zine with adventurous tales of travel, including hitch-hiking, as well as poetry, photography, illustrations, political viewpoints with an anarchist bent, and an interview with the queer band The Mukilteo Fairies.

RARE. Freeman boasts that it was "never exceeding a print run of 200, and barely known outside of Berkeley". 131 p.; ill. Ex-library (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg) with stamps and stickers, mild shelfwear and staples are beginning to rust, but otherwise Fine. The content of this 1996 issue seems somewhat prophetic with regards to our current relationship with technology in 2020. Profusely illustrated and also dense with text, this thick zine has a large amount of reviews, stories, musings, photography, and counterculture content, railing against the march of progress.

RARE. 47 p.; ill. (some colour) and pop-ups. Ex-library with number in pen and stamp (the now-defunct Junto Local 91 Radical Library of Winnipeg), mild wear to extremities, and one photo corner has become unglued, otherwise internally Near Fine. Working largely with remixed "found" content, this comedic zine is profusely illustrated, including comics, and contains many "interactive" pages: business card in photo corners (pg. 15)pop-up satellite (pg. 21)pop-up pig tug-o-war (pg. 29)censoring paper over image (pg. 36)lift-up flap which is a present shape made of construction paper (pg. 42)Though humorous, it also deals with depression and other serious topics.

RARE. 27 p. Covers have a few insignificant closed tears, front cover has a small light stain, and the pages have been slightly creased at the bottom corner, but the book is otherwise Fine. This zine, formerly known as KIMOSABE, is a rather rudimentary publication of bare-bones text, for the most part, which seems to be the journal of Parker, discussing daily activities and events, including his experience on a "lemon water cleanse" and vandalizing surfaces with his resume in an attempt to get a job (which garners him a TV interview).

An incredibly well put together zine, with high-quality amateur artwork and text which is mostly done by hand in a beautiful and amazingly regular all-caps. Contains such content as card tricks, comics, photography, history, recipes, and reviews. Includes topics such as skating, veganism, movies, coffee, W. C. Fields, and travel.
