Complete set of 130 loose plates and a 46 page bound introduction (French text), all in a decorative red cloth folio folder with tow of the three cloth ties still intact - lower set is missing. Blank versos of all plates, text, and folio paste down with previous owner stamp (renowned architect Foster Rhodes Jackson). One double plate is torn in half down the crease (see image). Other plates intact with some edge wear. Cover with edge wear and some ripping. Also included are a few random plates from the 1930 to 1931 edition.

New York: Pencil Points Press, 1928. 1st. Red Coth Folio Folder. Good/No Dust Jacket. 35 plates plus text in original red cloth folder. Cover rubbed with some staining to edges, most notably some spotting to top edges; title and lettering still fully legible. All plates are present and intact, with some edge wear, minor tears and age discoloration to edges. 35 plates, many with extensive descriptive text on verso. Many plates are double sized, folded. Text has a minor stain in at least one instance, otherwise clean. Title page and introduction/contents intact and present. One of the string ties on folder is partially missing. Also include, as someone at some point inserted this ephemera into the folio, are pp. 693704 of Pencil Points for September, 1931, which is are two sequential articles relating to the 1931 Paris Prize competition and the Francis J. Plym Fellowship. This is a very nice and complete copy of this beautiful work.
