White paper-covered hard boards, unclipped dustwrapper, 48pp. 24 full-page b&w drawings of ships, boats and landing craft associated with the Allies' invasion of occupied Europe towards the end of the Second World War. No date, but obviously contemporary to the events described. Dw bumped at edges with the usual nicks and chips; a few small closed tears along the edge with a small 1.5 x 0.5 cm piece missing along base of back cover and tiny loss at ends of spine; dw surface scuffed in places and grubby. Book itself bumped at some edges and corners; neat ink initials of later owner to first pastedown and neat gift inscription to 1st owner to 1st free ep. Book itself clean and tight. A fascinating book as seen on Vimeo but here offered with dw. 'A gem'. Size: 19 x 25 Cm
