Large medical supplies catalog, 588p, typographically typical of commercial catalogs of the period, filled with loads of illustrtations, which when it gets to the surgical detail is kind of fascinating in a creepy kind of way. Cover edges just a tad worn, internals (so to speak) hunky dory.

Inscribed by legendary writer/director/ producer George Abbott to Jane and Bob Emerson who managed the Drama Book Shop in Manhattan for many years on the ffe: "To Bob and Jane Regards George Abbott". Book's leaves are toned. Dustjacket is toned, more to rear panel, which is missing a large piece top edege rear panel. Along with "Damn Yankees", "Pajama Game", arguably the highpoint of Abbott's fabulous career.

A memoir by the legendary Broadway writer/director/ producer George Abbott humorously inscribed to a doctor friend (perhaps his personal physician) : "To Dr, Tymason Hoping this doesn't hurt him any more than he hurts me. George Abbott" . Dustjacket is toned and chipped about the edges and spine. Along with "Damn Yankees", "Pajama Game", arguably the highpoint of Abbott's fabulous career. With Tymason's bookplate on pastedown.

One of George Abbott's least successful musicals in a legendary career which included hits like "Damn Yankees" and "Pajama Game" (although Thelma Ritter did get a featured actress in a musical Tony Award).
