Collodi's beloved tale of the mischievous wooden puppet who dreamed of becoming a real boy, illustrated by famed Italian satirical cartoonist Benito Jacovitti. This was the second of three times that the comic artist would illustrate this Italian classic, but this edition was the first to highlight his idiosyncratic comic style that would characterize his work in such comics as "Cocco Bill" and "Zorry Kid."
