In what appears to be Chelsea Cains' hand the front endpaper is marked "personalized by the author" with a heart shaped cutout. The half-title page has a heart shaped "kiss me" sticker. At the top of the title page is an inscription: "For---- Gretchen is the Ultimate Cosmo Girl" surrounding an applied heart made of red beads. The author's signature is below her name. The bastard title page has a sticker applied along the horizontal edge carrying a macabre typed phrase.
