Whispers edited by Stuart David Schiff was originally published as a magazine in the 1970's. It was a sort of attempt to revive the legendary Weird Tales in some way. It was a showcase for fantasy fiction with fine illustrations. Some o the best writers were featured including Robert Bloch, Ramsey Campbell and more.
