Light shelfwear along edges, corners and top/tail of spine are very lightly bumped. Overall in near-to-new condition.

Date of the performance attended is written in pen on the front cover ("Saturday, July 19, 1958 8:30 p.m."). Program describes Melody Fair as "America's Most Luxurious Musical Tent Theatre... producting the best of Broadway." Melody Fair was located at Wurlitzer Park in North Tonawanda, NY.
