Previous owner used tape to affix the DJ to the book. The tape has yellowed and defaced everything it touched, the boards inside and out, the endpapers and the DJ itself. Endpapers have some offsetting from the binding glue used and there is a huge blemish on the rear free endpaper. (Book is possibly Ex-Library) DJ is taped to an old, very scuffed mylar cover and has a chip at the bottom of the spine. 7 color Family coat of arms is intact. This is number 19 of 300 copies. Only flaws are that the spines of all 4 volumes have a bit of sun-fading and Vol 2 and Vol 3 have 2 pages each that have a very small coffee stain to the bottom of the page margin. Slipcase is VG with minor shelf/edge wear, dust soiling to edges but some moderate scuffing to the bottom edges. Two corners of the slipcase have a tape repair.
