All the markings of the 1st Edition, not sure if the binding is original seems simply made. Boards cut to protect the rough cut pages rectangle, 1 paper label is on the spine with Title and by Author. The corners are protected with metal protectors. The spine ends are weak and starting to fray, shows minor shelf wear. It is nice to see it in such great shape for 92 years old and with only 500 printed.

this looks bad but it is rare and all together, I did have to add clear tape to keep it together on the spine(publisher's name still present). It was once purple boards, if you move it around you can see the title on the front cover. This one will probably be added with a 1922 version. These Miscellanies are NEW poems not to be published in book form and only a few in Magazines. Robert Frost, Carl Sandburg, Sara Teasdale, etc. This one is by the publishers, the 1922 was taken up by Louis Untermeyer as editor. Very rare book.

Page...Books are blue cloth with gold lettering,this Good at best to me, set, because all is present but the spines are badly sun faded to look like green cloth,titles are readable,pulled spine tops,wear but not thru to the boards,crack hinges but not so loose to fall apart, 3 volumes and heavy. previous owners inscription volume 1 at the 1st leaf.
