Description:
Newtown: The Welsh Outlook Press. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1925. Presumed First UK Edition. Hardcover. Very Good copy - in blue cloth boards with yellowish titling and price 3/6 to the front cover. Some light shelfwear, but overall VG. No dustjacket as issued. Small neat former owner's name on the front free endpaper, a couple of tiny holes and a small n/a sticker on the foot of the same page, otherwise a very good, clean, tight copy with No other inscriptions or marks. First Edition. NO DATE shown - and as others have guessed it does look like a turn of the century production - BUT three of the illustrations are dated 1924 - so I have given it the date of 1925, which is more accurate than the 1890 others have given it! . (12) + 100 pages, Illustrated in b/w by Mrs A. E. Eaden & A. G. Tamlyn. See Images . ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall .
