Pages are clean There is a bio pasted to last endpaper in the back of the book as well as a flap I think of the dust jacket pasted neatly to the inside back board. Can be see in the photos. Square binding. Hinges are solid.

Very Good, Stated First Edition, First Printing, Hardcover with Price clipped Dust Jacket, back flap is date coded 9/72, of "The Stepford Wives" by Ira Levin. The dust jacket is in very good condition, it is protected in a Demco mylar, and has no chips or tears. The boards are clean. There is a bump to the front board. Title on spine is bright. No writing or stains. Points are good. This was Levin's fourth book and the second to be made into a movie. Actually this one was made into two movies. It was originally filmed in 1975 and then remade in 2004. Can provide more pics if needed.

A 1921, First Edition, First Issue, Stated Nineteenth Printing, Hardcover of "Main Street" by Sinclair Lewis. This is a First Issue as it has perfect type on page 387 and a perfect number 54 on page 53. It has a previous owners name on the first free end paper. It has some fade on the opposite page from a sales receipt for the purchase of the book in 1968 for 52 cents. The spine has a chip as can be seen in the photo. The points of the boards has some rub. The coloring to the spine and front board is bright. Boards show some scuffing and shelfwear. The binding is solid. One page has a small chipped corner, can be seen in the photos.. Pages are evenly age toned.

Rare 1913, Hardcover of "The Dawn of American History in Europe" by William Lewis Nida. Pages are evenly age toned. There is calculations on the front and back endpapers in pencil which could be erased, as can be seen in the photos. The half title page has a tear near the spine. The remaining binding is solid.

Minimal shelfwear to the Dark Blue Cloth Boards. Exterior shows one minor lower rear corner bump. The 229 unread and illustrated pages are clean and crisp with no condition issues. The spine still protests as only an unread copy will. There are no marks in the book other than a previous owners name on the FFEP. A very fine copy. Photo's available upon request.. First Edition.
