Masonic History Co., 1917 This is a fine two volume set of this work on Freemasonry. I recently purchased these at an estate sale but almost didn't bid on them because they apeared to be new!

Edinbergh: James Gemmell, 1887 Bound in navy blue cloth with gilt titles, 301 pp with 16 pp ads. Book is the result of three and a half years missionary work in Africa. This is a good solid ex-university library copy. It is slightly cocked and has some wear at the extremities. Several pages are unopened.

London : Humphrey Milford, 1919 Bound in brown three quarter grained morocco by Bayntun, 261 pp. Introduction by William Osler, extra illustrated.Christmas, 1929 inscription inside front cover to Doctor Malcom L Harris from W J Mohr.

Richmond, Virginia: Whittet & Shepperson, 1909 Southern regimental history of a company formed in 1859. This 125 pp book is bound in gray cloth with gilt borders and titles and with a pictorial pastedown of a monument on front cover. There is shelf wear and light wear to the spine extremities and the rear hinge is starting, otherwise a sharp very good copy.

New York : Clark, Austin & Smith, 1854 Bound in blue cloth with elaborate gilt decorations on front cover and spine, aeg, 299, vi, 10 pp illustrations. This a sharp copy with wear at the tips, slight shelf wear, trace of foxing first few pages.

Phiadelphia: Carey, Lea and Blanchard, 1835 "with incidental notices of the state of society, prospects, and natural resources of Jamaica and other islands", 228 pp. Bound in tan cloth. Large piece missing where spine label was, wear at tips, scuffed and spotted. Internally largely unread but with a quite faint damp stain st the top corner of the last thirty pages. A good solid copy.

Buffalo: Warren, Johnson & Co, 1870 Bound in black leather over brown boards, bright gilt titles and borders on the leather, marbled end papers, 156 pp. Handsome copy with light shelf wear and at the tips, moderate foxing.

MacMillan, 1902 Good. First Edition. This is #298 of 500 copies for presentation by the publishers. Book has small cover spots, corner bumps and soiling to the foreedge. All decorations and lettering bright.

Philadelphia: Hubbard Publishing Co., 1882 This is a 516 pp book with many illustrations including one large fold out and is bound in 1/2 leather over green beveled boards. The fold out is improperly folded and has a tear and the back strip is missing from the spine. The contents are in very good condition.

Knopf, 1930 Very good copy with some shelfwear, this #807 of an edition of 975.

New York: Macmillan, 1931 Inscription on the front endpaper, "To Dr. Carl h. Bayha, with my best regards, H. M. Margolis Jan 1932". The lettering at the top of the spine is fading, otherwise a very good copy.

James Crissy, 1832 Bound in period full calf with black morocco spine labels. Leather bindings are well preserved but with some scuffs and volume II is missing all of one label and part of the other. Text is moderately foxed but otherwise better than very good with no tears, creases or marks. Even the glassine insert between the frontispiece and title page is still present. A nearly 200 year old set that has not been fully read, quite possibly not read at all.

University of Oklahoma Press, 1956 Scratch on spine, else a very good copy without dust jacket.
