Philadelphia: Universal Book and Bible House, 1935 This is a salesman's dummy or prospectus that would be used by booksellers in making sales to customers. It is bound in bright red covers with black decorations and contains illustrations, photos and text from the book in an abbreviated form.As such it is the earliest and rarest form of this particular book.

1946 Clean tight copy with 73rd Wing insignia on cover. Illustrated with numerous photos.Some very light pencil markings where the original owner, obviously a participant in the raids on Japan, disagreed with a statistic or noted the death of an officer. Otherwise a solid very good copy.

Second Tataglia translation, with the first Tatarglia translation being the first translation of Euclid into a modern language.. This copy with cancel between pages 8 and 9, few marginal notes, marginal worming affecting at most two letters and that on few pages, front cover, first nine leaves and last leaves from page 309 to end with damp stain, light intermittent damp stain between. Otherwise still a very good copy.

Frontis and title page with minor edge wear, offsetting from the frontis to the title page. Otherwise sharp, clean, bright and tight with no faults noted,

New York : Dayton % Newman, 1842 Bound in dark brown blind stamped cloth with quite bright gilt spine titles, 252 pp. Corners bumped, chip to head of spine, occasional light foxing. This copy ex-lib with "sold as duplicate" stamped over library book plate and also with an accession number on spine

Phiadelphia: Abraham Small, 1818 Bound in full period tree calf, 328 pp, fold out map and chart. This volume . This volume is purely military and covers the 100 days campaign in 1815. Preface notes that Volume VIII" is in preparation". Front gutter is cracked, chip at spine tail and spine label, fold out map has a split at one fold, first 17 leaves with a damp stain as well as a faint damp stain to the margin of the last several leaves. Otherwise contents quite bright in a solid copy in attractive binding.

Limited Editions Club, 1982 Bound in gray boards in like slipcase, signed by Baskin. This number 852 of 2000 copies and includes the sepia toned lithograph in back. Original glassine wrapper is present. It has a darkened spine and some wrinkling. Prospectus is laid in. A fine book in fine slipcase with minor rubbing.

R J Clarke Publishin Co., 1910 This is a large 3 volume dictionary sized set bound in brown leather over green beveled boards, 815, 1136 and 1104 pages all edges gilt. Leather has edge wear at the tips and a worn spot on the top front leather near the spine. Also modest spotting to the boards. Contents fine. Volume I is a history of all things relating to Cleveland while Volumes Ii and II are biographies illustrated with photographic reproductions of the biographical subjects. Other than the cover flaws, the bindings are quite nice and the contents are fine, largely unread. Extra shipping charges may apply.

No name, book plate or marks on this nice clean copy. Jacket cover rubbed, with some edge wear and small chips to the lower front, and two pinhole sized holes on the rear fold. Offsetting from the jacket flaps to the facing end papers.
