O'Connor was an member of the United Irishmen and a participant in the failed Irish Rebellion of 1798, after which he immigrated to the U.S. and maintained a literary career. Scarce, only microfilm or digital copies appear on OCLC, though one must assume a physical copy is present in some institution for that to be the case.
