Bulletin No. 19 was the second report on the gold deposits and was originally printed in 1909. This copy is clean with no foxing or markings to the interior. There are three well known and loved hot dog joints in Georgia: The Varsity in Atlanta, Nu-Way in Macon, and my own personal favorite, Willie's Wienie Wagon in Brunswick(We Relish Your Buns). Very little wear on this copy, just a tiny nick on the front lower corner of the dj. Signed on the title page with no inscriptions. Five signatures; I have identified four: Erby Walker: a long time counter Commando. the author Dick Parker, Nancy Gordy Simms, now the president of her father's company. There's another signature here, but I can't make it out. The book is tightly bound no markings. Lots of b&w and color photos. Foreword by Zell Miller. A novel written by Terrell Garren about his great grandmother's experience during the Civil War in Western North Carolina. A beautiful copy, whose only flaw is the previous owner's name written discreetly at the top of the front free endpaper. 387 pages, with a small selection of old family photos in the back of the book. The pastedowns are maps of much of the entire Southern Region. Dust Jacket now covered with mylar. Mr. Garren is an eigthh generation Western North Carolinian, and makes his living as a commerical writer. This is his first novel.

This would be the perfect book for someone who reads Civil War material, but doesn't necessarily collect Civil War material. In perfect condition, this biography of General Richard Stoddert Ewell was written by Donald Pfanz, staff historian at Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Parks. Focusing mainly on Ewell's Civil War years, he sheds light on the highly competent general, the man known as Stonewall Jackson's "right arm". This book is an Book Club Edition in superior condition: clean, tight, no soiling or markings.
