Otherwise, a clean and tight copy, signed and inscribed to previous owner, "with my complements and best wishes". Small label from previous owner on front pastedown discreetly placed at bottom of cover. Fabulous period photos of races. 132pp. races broken down by year. A clean, well taken care of copy, with fairly sharp corners, front cover in red and black with titile in gold gilt on spine. Interior is spotless. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage. I can have this in the mail to you tomorrow.

A solid copy of a scarce publication(self published, probably not many produced). 81 pages, divided into several sections: Wills, Originals 1787 - 1815, Wills, book 11(200 wills altogether), Settlements of Estates by Administrators and Executors, Some Original Marriage Bonds, Divisions, Real Estate Inheritances, Deeds of Gift, Deed Books, Superior Court, Original Documents - (loose papers) Partitions of Estates, Equity Court Cases, Chancery Court Records. The front cover has the previous owner's name at the very top of the cover. The cloth binding is faded. However there is another front cover located under the first cover, in excellent shape, but unfortunately the previous owner felt compelled to writer her name again at the top of the cover.
