EIGHTEEN JEWISH SONGS ABOUT LIFE IN PALESTINE AND THE JEWISH HOLIDAYS - Including Purim, Chanukah, Simchat Torah, and the Sabbath. B/W Illustrations by ARTHUR BRYKS- a Polish Hasidic Painter and Illustrator.THIS BOOK done in 1935 was to encourage the children of Holland (and their parents) to make Aliyah. He is known as the National Poet of Israel. (He is actress Mayim Bialik's uncle.) The lyrics are in Dutch with a Hebrew translation. Music edited by Austrian-Jewish composer Paul Pella. Introduction by A. Schwimmer-Vigeveno.The book is 4to oblong with a blue cloth spine and a Beautiful and Striking Color…
