Saroyan's first solo publication was issued in a run of only 450 copies. Concrete poetry. Tissue guard has fragments of leaves contained within. Unfortunately, lacking the dustwrapper it was issued with. Green ink blot to top of both covers, first free endpaper and a tiny one to top of one of the illustration pages; child's drawing with green felt tip pen to outside of back cover and ink scribble on penultimate page facing publication details. One internal page which bears the words 'incomprehensible birds' is rather dusty with a faint mark. Otherwise unmarked inside and tight. Size: 5 x 6.5

Posthumously published last collection of poems. From the private lbrary of the late poet Adrian Mitchell. Includes postcard illustrated by Heale, written by the poet's widow, personal notepaper from the Lakshmi Lodge - the lodge that he set up with his wife. (Sasse's work came to the fore recently when one of his poems was chosen by Kylie Minogue on BBC Radio's 'Desert Island Discs' in December 2015, revealing she was in a relatonship with the poet's son, Joshua.) Dw slightly faded in places, with a few small spots on front cover near title. Book itself very good, clean and virtually as new.
