This is a former school library copy with the usual library stamps etc. The covers have had a transparent plastic cover attached for durability, however there is significant wear to the spine and extremities. The contents are complete and fully readable. The binding is firmly attached. The contents show wear as expected for a library copy, but no significant damage. This is a suitable reading copy, priced according to condition.

Text is Nearly Fine: tight and fresh, no noticeable wear to cloth, small faint ink marks on first blank page. Dust jacket is Good: not price-clipped. There is a 4"closed tear to front of the dust jacket and a couple of short edge-tears with minor loss near the spine-ends (around 1/8"). Spine is slightly faded, but not as bad as usual. A decent copy of this fragile dust jacket.

A rare book, especially in this nice condition.

Covers are Very Good with very minor wear, couple of slight creases, tiny scuff to front cover, small number marked on front cover (".30"). Internally a Nearly Fine copy with no owner's name or other significant flaws. A superb copy of this very rare and important hockey book, one of the nicest we've seen. Were it not for the number marked on the front cover, we would classify this as Nearly Fine. Priced reflects condition.

The interior has small stamps to 3 pages and a library pocket in the rear. This is the only hardcover copy of this book that we have seen. It may have been rebound in hardcovers by the library, with the original pictorial card covers bonded to the boards. If so, it was a very professional job. The book is in very good condition overall with no significant wear internally or externally, just some wear to extremities, as expected. Were it not for the library markings, we would classify this as Very Good.

Nearly Fine copy with very light wear to tips, some darkening of front endpaper due to bookplate.
