Orange-brown hardcovers show wear such as bumped corners, scuffs, tanning, scratches, and shelfwear. Page edges are tanned. There is a hard nick to the bottom of page 170, which resonates through the bottom of the pages. Page 13-14 previously held a book mark that created a gap seen from the top edge. Inscription on the title page, but there does not appear to be any other writing in the text. Overall, this book is in Very Good condition.

Volume 2 has a darker shade of pink than the remaining volumes. Tanned textblocks. Hard creases throughout, particularly the title page of Volume I that created a tear at the top of the page. There does not appear to be any writing. Overall, the bookset is in Very Good minus (VG-) condition.
