Farm ledger with dates as early as 1812 and as late as 1848. 60 pages in front of book have entries and 13 pages in the rear also have entries, there are 82 unused pages between the two sections. The book is bound in worn board with worn but solid leather spine. The paper is tanned, but in excellent condition. The entries involve chopping and drawing wood, carting, repairs, wheat, groceries and entries just listed as "work." There is no definitive name of the author of this ledger.
