The half-title bears a brief pencilled dealer's code, book is otherwise entirely sound, clean and unmarked.

After 1933 it increasingly came under the influence of Nazi political aims.

Background information about AIDS, a survey of policies adopted at US and UK firms, and detailed discussion of the AIDS situation in Japan with respect to the medical establishment, the educational system, human rights, and corporate culture. The author visited many sites in the US and Europe in 1993-94 to investigate their AIDS policies, however she writes that her work is founded upon the assumption that these strategies from abroad cannot simply be applied to Japan's situation.

FYI, "This booklet is a revised edition of the one published in 1931, brought up-to-date" - and there was at least one more, also enlarged with revisions, that one paginated to 293p.
